The first reason for this: it has been a very long time since we did not go to Venus. (the latest Japanese orbiter Akatsuki has gone and has been there for 5 years.) In the past we used to care more about Venus because Venus is close to the Earth, big and it is a rocky planet. And it is closer to Earth than Mars. So we can go to the Venus faster than we can go to Mars. It’s impossible to see its surface from space as its thick atmosphere blocks all visible wavelengths. So we have a lot of questions about Venus, and now we will be getting answes to the questons. Now, it is time to learn about it.
In the last 10 years, our curiosity about other planets has increased. We have been searching about the stars and rocky planets. In this universe, is there any other planet similar to the Earth? Or the Earth is matchless?
If we find a planet the size of the Earth, what would the conditions be there? Do they have oceans, trees and clouds? Or do they look like Venus hell?
Why didn’t we come back to the Venus?
Of course everyone has made a guess about it. First of all, it is technically very difficult to build a vehicle that can withstand the surface of Venus. Doing scientific researches in Mars or Moon is easier than Venus. We can make a landing on the Moon or Mars and we can stay there for a while. But we cannot do this on Venus. But we can stay for a while on the surface of Venus. We now know about the Solar system, temperature and pressure. The simpliest reason why Venus is so different from the Earth is that it is closer to the Sun than the Earth. Second opinion: Venus was once a planet like the Earth.
